Advanced technology SK-100, SK-200, and SK-300
SK-100
Industrial Degreaser/Conditioner is an alkali and citrus-based cleaner. This formulation is applicable to various substrates. Its high pH (11.5) allows it to penetrate concrete and remove all petroleum-based contaminants. SK-100 is a necessary step before applying SK-200 as it conditions the concrete and enhances the reactivity of the SK-200 product. The use of SK-100 IDC helps improve architectural surfaces by removing years of accumulated atmospheric dirt and grime. SK-100 is a biodegradable and environmentally safe product. In summary, SK-100 IDC is a specialized product available to remove oil, gasoline, and other contaminants from concrete (effective on various surfaces such as stainless steel, PVC, wood, pavers, etc.).
SK-200
Our unique product helps clients avoid demolition when faced with severe concrete issues. SK-200 is sprayed on any existing concrete, pavers, bricks, and certain natural stones. SK-200 migrates (or penetrates) an average of 8.5 inches into the concrete. Within less than 48 hours, SK-200 reacts and purges excess moisture, calcium, alkali, and stabilizes the concrete. It also increases the strength of the concrete and helps resolve the issues mentioned above. Basements and cold rooms made of concrete often have moisture and odor problems. In summary, SESKAL's SK-200 densifies, waterproofs, and eliminates moisture, calcium, and other contaminants from the concrete, thereby reducing micro-cracks.
SK-300
SESKAL offers unique and simple solutions to existing concrete problems. For newly poured concrete, our SK-300 additive allows the concrete to better withstand the harsh weather conditions we face. The additive for new concrete ensures a 100% complete treatment. This solution eliminates moisture and contaminant issues while densifying the material.
